Sabre Traveler Security tool and the Incident Management Unit (IMU) alerts, give us access to destinations’ risk information and ensure we can respond quickly and effectively to the individual circumstances of every single traveler. -
Trip case
Trip Case is a Web and mobile travel management platform that monitors trips and anticipates travelers’ needs. With Trip Case, our customers can receive critical flight alerts, weather delay updates, security notices and other valuable information when they need it most. -
Unused ticket management
Whenever an unused, nonrefundable ticket is cancelled, the information pertaining to that ticket such as ticket number, value, and expiration date are written to the traveler’s profile. Through our e-ticket report track tool we can then evaluate each booking and apply the credit where possible toensure that the ticket value is not lost. -
International travel
